To all potential customers, please note. We at Pump Tees are dedicated to bringing you the very best in printing and graphics. In order to accomplish this, we ask that all work submitted to Pump Tees be in jpeg, pdf or psd format. We also ask that it be 300 dpi or dots per inch. Original art, submitted to our graphics department must be of a quality that we can easily use, which saves Pump Tees and YOU, the customer time, energy and frustration. We reserve the right to reject artwork that we  feel is unuseable, although we may be able to recreate the art at an additional cost. If we have to clean up your original art, or convert it from a word or png format, it could mean more work for us and more money that you, the customer, will have to pay. We would prefer not to receive any original photos or artwork sent through the mail. We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged artwork or photographs. Finally, we cannot guarantee perfect color matching, but we will do the best we can.
