Use common professional courtesy, keep appointments and respect our office hours. We will only see you by appointment. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call to reschedule or cancel. We are a small business and can not afford to be inconvenienced by missed appointments.

• A order is placed once design is approved, and down payment is received *.
  
• Normal turn around time is two weeks, starting from the date order is placed
  (except for embroidering and airbrushing).
  
• Changing the design resets the order date.
  
• Any order needed in less than two weeks will be charged a rush fee.
  
• Rush jobs are not always available. (See rush job pricing chart on this page.)
  
• No cancellations after order is in production.
• Minimum Screen Printing Order is 24 Pieces.
  
• There will be a set up fee for reorders.
  
• Tax exempt card must be presented before order is placed.
  
• All completed orders must be picked up within 1 week, or their will be a 5% Storage Fee .
  
• Items left over 30 days become the property of Pump Tees.
  
• Screens remain the property of Pump Tees!
• Terms, Conditions and Prices are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Payment

• Deposit is required before order is processed. A 75% Deposit is required for first time customers and rush jobs. 50% for return customers. Orders under $75 will require 100% down.
  
• No Exceptions!
  
• Balance is due before orders are released. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
  
• Prices may change without notice. (except for "30 day quote")
  
• NO CASH! All checks must be payable to Pump Tees.
  
• There is a $35.00 fee on returned checks.
  
• We accept Money Orders, Debit and ATM cards, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express.* (Am Ex takes time to process, pushing back the date order is placed)

•For Vinyl Lettering (Letters to be installed by customer), Airbrushing and Embroidering- Please Contact us. We must produce price quotes that are directly dependent on the complexity of the design . Airbrushing and embroidering often need more time than our general 2 weeks.
